I think Jan might be my perfect match ^_^
Right now I can’t sleep. He’s all curled up and snoring and whatnot. It’s our last night together for a little bit because I’m leaving tomorrow evening but he’s staying in Raleigh until Wednesday, but we’re going out for a sushi dinner when we’re both back in Charlotte.

I’m so easily annoyed by all the people on tumblr that reblog quasi-scientific facts after briefly skimming them and then add the most dramatic captions like “Science is truly breathtaking. I’m so fascinated by it.”

And I’m like LISTEN I know you’re working real hard for that degree in elementary education at your local community college but whatever you reblogged on tumblr is so far removed from any aspect of a scientific process I CAN’T EVEN.

I’m always struggling to make it to 8 AM chemistry, eating in the Ag by myself between English and Stats while working on homework, trying to figure out the maximum number of classes I can miss, really just barely hanging in there with my grades. Somehow got a 100 on my Statistics midterm and an A on my French presentation though, so there’s that. I fall asleep with Jan more nights than not, but that gets in the way of some things considering our schools are thirty miles apart and we both have busy academic schedules.

I can’t wait for spring break so I can pause everything and just focus on the space between your shoulders and jaw, the space that my head belongs when we fall asleep.
